Before proposing solutions, it is essential to understand how a community works: its relationships, strengths, and tensions. In this workshop, you will learn to observe, map, and analyze communities as living systems in order to design truly meaningful projects. Workshop objectives: Learn to observe communities from a systemic perspective. Map key actors, relationships, potentials, and blockages. Design action strategies based on in-depth knowledge of the context. Graduate profile: People who work in communities, education, social development, or impact projects and want to act from a real understanding of the social fabric.
